  4. The following information is in addition to the news release issued on May 3, 2024, on the financial assistance authorized by CED, the recipients, and their respective projects. All of the projects have received non‑repayable financial contributions.
  5. The forest and wood products industry is an important contributor to the Yukon’s economy. Businesses that harvest timber or manufacture products from wood provide essential goods, such as heating fuel and lumber, to people and communities and contribute to a diversified economy.
